Help with Paladin Healing??

I am a level 27 Paladin, I have a friend that is 28 now, but at the same level was healing nearly 200 points higher than I was. I have all 3 talent points for holy light checked, I have all 5 points for the cast interupt checked, but still at rank 4 holy light I am at like 312-415 Sad

or so... can't remember the exact numbers. Where my friend was casting 500-600 at the same rank. Does anyone have any clues, we have tried to compare and figure it out, not been able to find the problem yet.

Thank you for any sugestions you can give me.

He probly have a higher rank healing because he's a level higher, might happen to you as well when you reach lvl 28
