Chapter 1 - A Bleak Situation

It was close to a normal dain for Captain Robert Cain. He and his forces were at Fort Killabrew again, defending the Human military HQ from attack. They were successful everytime, only they were never up against 150,000 Garvini Shock Troopers before. Cain almost fainted when he saw the wave of Transport crusiers through the spy satellite. He knew this fort's defense capabilities inside and out. She's got a 30 foot high steel-A wall, equiped with three levels turrets that consist of 100mm Gatling Turrets, 120mm Artillery Turrets, and powerful RPG Turrets. However, most forces barely even make it to the wall; there's power spider mines out for miles around the wall that explode as soon as they see an enemy close to them. She's also got 3 airbases filled with anti-armored bomber jets. She's close to impenitrable, but things like that can't be taken into consideration when there's 150,000 professional alien shock troopers on their way to you.

Lieutenant Rhodes entered the Captain's chambers.

"Sir, we could send our bomber jets to blow up some of those transports."

"Yes Lieutenant, it would seem that would be logical, accept for the fact that they'll be torn to shreds by their missile ships escorting them."

"Missile ships? Forgive me, I didn't notice them."

"Eh, forget about it. I only noticed them myself."

The Captain thought deeply. He knew that the loss of this fort would mean the loss of the military HQ, and that would mean the loss of key military scientists and secret plans that if lossed, Humanity would be better of forfieting right now. He had many problems, and no way to solve them.

Chapter 2 - Reminescence

This war all started about 2 years ago. A small medical crusier was sent from Renvar to the small planet Helpas on the border of Human space. The ship was intercepted by 2 alien crusiers. All those 2 ships did was send over an extremly coded message. The ship was put on autopilot back to Renvar, where they were able to decode the message that said this.

Dear Humans,

We know of your Empire. After long debate, Shegmin, absolute ruler of the Garvini Autocracy, has determined that the boundaries of our empire must clash with your empire. We do not wish violence, but we do need to colonize some of your fringe worlds because of overcrowding on our worlds. We hope you can respect our situation.

It was obvious that these Garvini are very dishonorable people, for two days after the Human Generals of Renvar acknowladged this message, Tresta II, a fringe world of the Empire, was brutally assaulted by alien ships. The death toll was counted at over 100,000+ people.

President Garow gave the go-ahead on Earth for full scale war against these alien people because of this tragedy. The President was transported to a military bunker in the Galaxy Command Center on Renvar. Supreme General T.J. Greenwood called for the standing army from all Human worlds to report to Renvar base. He then motioned the mobile wall, surrounding close to the entire Fringe boundary to protect from more attacks.

Three days later, another message was sent from the Garvini

Dear Humans,

We express million appoligies for the tragedy that befell your colonies on the world that was vicously attacked by a large sepratist group that gained codes to some of our airbases. As I said before, we wish peace with you and perhaps an alliance to defeat some of our enemies, but an alliance talk to premature. Just please accept our apologies.

Upon receving this message, Admiral Timothy Musgrave stationed his ships to form an iron curtain around the Fringe Colonies. The Admirals own ship, the USS Tsunami, flagship of the Human Fleet, was out there guarding. One Garvini crusier approached them and sent a coded message to the Tsunami.

Greatings Humans, this is Ghenit Mara. I have been sent by Shegmin to meet with your closest General. It pertains to matters of diplomacy. Please allow me to pass your wall.

Admiral Musgrave wasn't so quick to let a Garvini ship enter Human territory. He teleported Mara to his ship, brought him into his quarters, and told him to tell him what his message was.

"I thank you for taking me in Admiral. This message is urgent considering what happened to your colony. We do wish diplomacy with you, but we have problems in our own network of planets. Our Autocracy government that has prospered our Empire for centuries is beginning to fall to rebel groups that wish nothing but power and conquest. You must belive that don't wish to conquer you. We want to be your allies, but we need to do it quickly. Our leader wishes to visit your leader."

Admiral Musgrave thought deeply before he responded.

"I can see that you weren't responsible for that attack and I tend to belive you, but there is no way I can bring you to our hidden homeland and speak with our leader. I would need to see the severity of the situaton myself with my partner Generals if we would consider this."

Mara agreed and said he would send a ship over in six days and to be ready for a long journey.
