I've always liked paladin characters, I was one in D2, and from what I've heard blizzard has made them even better...

I'll go Pally, because the Druid's more of a caster class, whereas(did i spell that right?) the Pally can also hammer with his hammer |

The folowing is based on a true story:
Let's say you're a druid fighting a really strong monster. All your teammates died fighting the other monsters. You're in werebear form with only one light healing poton and you can just beat the monster. Just two more hits and... but suddenly! The werebear spell runs out you're a druid again! If you can only press 1 fast enough... but it's too late the monster kills you.
A few seconds later the monster dies of your poisoned weapon
The moral of the story:
Always poison your weapon
(I swear I did that to Diablo once!) _________________ I Hate Sheep! |

It depends on what you like really. Druid is a better caster...Pally is a better melee. Pretty even..unless your fighting a high Lvl when your low
But I like the Paladin (What...I like the shiney armour) and he/she can self heal. |

the great thing about wow is every class is great! you can make your class unique to someone else by simply training in a different weapon... just cause you train in maces in the begining doesnt mean you have to stick with it at lvl ten you can train in 2 handed swords, axes or hammers, or you can stick with one handed swords, axes or hammers witha shield which adds defence! its so cool cause they have perfecions also which is great cause being a blacksmith/miner means you could make your own armor... but... make sure sometimes you cancomplement your class so you dont get screwed by being a knight and your in leatherworking... -.- If im a rogue which i know i am im going to be in enchanting/herbalizm or mining so i can enchant my stuff instead of being the usuall rogue that makes leather and stuff... makes me really unique. Only thing is enchanting is EXREAMLY hard to level up in... its for higher level characters... but... thats going to be worth it in the end... you know? _________________ If I had a knife for every time I danced... Druid are a good catster class as well as a pretty good Tank (Bear/Dire Bear Form), not bad damage dealers (Cat Form), very capable healers (with direct healing, Healing over Time spells, and some combinations of both), good ranged blasts (Starfire, Wrath, etc.), and in my opinion the best buff in the game: Mark of the Wild; giving bonuses to armor, attributes, and resistances. Also, with being able to train Two-handed Maces they can deal nice damage. For example I have the Rakzur Club and on average I do around 65-75 damage per hit, and about 115-130 on a critical. That is actually not bad damage for a level 20 Druid. So, if you want to be very flexible and fill many different roles, then the Druid is the class for you.
