In order to provide extended service to those of you returning to the game in light of the recent update this week, the Blizzard Billing & Account Services team will be open from 9am-6pm PST on this Saturday, June 11th. If you have any questions or concerns about your subscription, account reactivation, or other billing-related issues, we invite you to take advantage of the special hours and call our team at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should use 800-041-378 if they are unable to complete a call using the primary number. Please keep in mind that if you need any account assistance outside normal phone hours, you can always reach the Billing & Account Services team via email at billing@blizzard.com.
