Which races can I play in World of Warcraft?
You can play as a Human, Night Elf, Orc, Undead, Dwarf, Gnome, Tauren or Troll.
Will there be more races?
There is a possibility of more races in an expansion pack.

Yes, races will have unique abilities, skills and items.
What are racial abilities?
Racial abilities are skills that are unique to a specific race.
What are some known racial abilities?
So far we know that Tauren will have the Plains Running ability which allows them to run as fast as a mount, Undead start with knowledge of both Alliance and Horde languages and Night Elves are able to Shadowmeld.
